The Project home page has wrong method signature for PostUpdate() method #121

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to python-twitter project home page
2. In the using section, the api.PostUpdate() method has username and
password as paramters which needed to be changed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should have status and in_reply_to_id as parameters.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
python-twitter 0.6
