Patch: Auto-follow example script #54

This patch adds an auto-follow example script.  The functionality itself is
actually pretty useful, and the implementation is clean and easy to understand.

Will look at this shortly.  My concern is likely going to be that auto-follow 
isn't a
really a great thing to encourage within the Twitter ecosystem, so we may not 
want to
offer it as an example with the library.
