Add action to "Open With" menu, instead of a new one

"Open folder" and "Open shell" actions should be added to the "Open With"
context menu, instead of adding a new "Open Extern" menu.

"Open With" menu is occur only on files, not on folders.

I like your plugin, but it adds to the already huge context menu. Isn't there 
any
other  submenu that you could use?

Sorry, i don't find better place in menu. Contenxt menu is changable.
