"Chosen operation is not currently available" #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Eclipse 3.3.1
2. Install open extern
3. Press "open shell" button at the menu of a file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Open the cmd.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.3

same problem on 1.0.3 with Eclipse 3.3.0 on windows 2000.
open shell on any resource does not work (file/folder...)

i get the same. when opening the pref's page i get for Open Extern node:

Unable to create the selected preference page.
Bad version number in .class file

Vista 64bit, eclipse 3.3 with jdk 1.5

The fix works for eclipse 3.5.0 on ubuntu 9.04.

Just wandering why we don't release a new version with the fix?
