Please support VS2010. Currently, it appears not work in VS 2010.

2010 uses WPF instead of Winapi and I don't have the will and time to learn 
that and rewrite the add-in for it. The Productivity Power Tools is a 2010 
plug-in pack provided by Microsoft which contains a similar scrollbar 
replacement (as mentioned on the front page), please try that.
