Content Folders and Files Delete while Syncing #1225

I am executing the following commands when i update or add content from Obsidian:

git remote -v npx quartz sync npx quartz build --serve

Lately, every time i do this, Obsidian material i've created under the contents folder starts getting deleted.

Please show me what i'm doing wrong.

This issue has been corrected and can be closed.
