Navbar alignment #1

The Weather button at the right of the navbar is too close to the edge. It needs some padding on the right.

@jackzhch One of the elements in the homepage is oversized and is causing the horizontal scrollbar to appear.

The weird right margin in the navbar appears to be related to the element. Let's try and use the default code from getbootstrap.com for navbars, which begins with

I also submitted a version of my solution, which by the way makes the border stick to the top. Feel free to let me know which would be better.

Honestly, I like the green border on the bottom better. Also, in your solution, the text changes position when you hover. What does everyone else think? @AyshwaryaR @chunx @edison0918
