All simulation pages need to conform to the website's style (green buttons, green headings, gray sidebar on the left, white main area on the right).
Remove black boxes from the compare page.

The page simulation.html needs to have the correct color scheme (dark gray on the left, white on the right). Also, the table at the bottom of this page should contain numbers (not words) and have some formatting.
The page results.html needs to be re-arranged to have a gray sidebar on the left (with the tree structure) and a white main content area on the right (with the 3D rendering, controls, and buttons).
