Improve monitor page #22

Instead of embedding the entire eeaHUB in our website, break it up into pieces of static images (or dynamic if you have time) and re-arrange them according to the style of our website. See materials.html or datainput.html for reference on the basic layout of our site. Some pieces like buttons, or dropdowns, or checkboxes, or radio buttons, are provided by Bootstrap. We should use those.

@edison0918 Also, some links in the monitor.html page are broken. Please check to see they are all working.
