Footer #4

Maybe work on a footer for the homepage that we can use for the rest of the website? In my opinion the CMU and EEAHub icons are a little too big. What do you guys think?

Links in the footer need to be updated to point to the correct pages (see issue #14). This also includes the social media buttons on the right of the footer, and the images in the center. Also, the footer should have a smaller height.
