PDB files are not packaged #9

Windows' PDB debug information files are not packaged in the Debug build, which generates the obnoxious warning LNK4099. The bincrafters people fixed a similar problem for their SDL conan files here: https://github.com/bincrafters/conan-sdl2/commit/131b1daf8c6334a55557e5a20ef4d12e50ff7169

Thank you! I will check it out, and will apply the fix once I get my dev environment on Windows up. There are probably also some other changes/fixes I need to apply to bring conan-assimp up to date with the newest Conan.
