Prompts have been modified to properly handle Tailwind/CSS (and to a lesser extent TypeScript/JavaScript)
Expects the latest Figma plugin to supply figmaMapCSS (see https://github.com/PioneerSquareLabs/otto-figma/pull/5)
Handles appending the fileName with an extension (.tsx or .jsx) (instead of doing it in the plugin)
BONUS: don't assume the build command should include npx tsc --noEmit on JavaScript projects
