Add Background Color to "Done" Tag in Assigned Issues

Description

In the Assigned Issues section of the project dashboard, the "Done" tag currently lacks a background color, making it less distinguishable from other tags. Adding a distinct background color will improve visual clarity and help users quickly identify completed tasks.

Current Behavior

• The "Done" tag is displayed without any background color.
• It blends in with the surrounding text, reducing its visibility.

Expected Behavior

• The "Done" tag should have a specific background color that differentiates it from other status tags.
• The color should be in line with the project's color scheme and ensure good contrast for readability.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Assigned Issues section in the project dashboard.
2. Locate any issue labeled with the "Done" tag.
3. Observe the styling of the "Done" tag.

Proposed Solution

• Assign a background color of #28a745 (green) to the "Done" tag to signify completion.
• Ensure the text color is white (#ffffff) for optimal contrast. Make sure dark mode works too Use tailwind
