Instead of asking for a JSON response in the CodeReviewSchema, the code review prompt has been changed to request the code.txt be sent back with comments inserted, delimited by lines of __COMMENT_START__ and __COMMENT_END__
A new extractPRCommentsFromFiles() function has been added to parse the response
The createPRReview() function has been updated to pass the comments array to the github API
