Implement Linear Project Management Integration

Overview

We need to add integration support for Linear, a project management tool, similar to our existing Jira integration. This will allow users to connect their Linear accounts and synchronize their project boards with our application.

Requirements

• Settings Page Integration:

  • Update the settings page to include an option for Linear integration, mirroring the existing Jira integration setup.

• OAuth Connection:

  • Add a button on the settings page for users to connect their Linear account via OAuth.
  • Upon successful authentication, retrieve and securely store the user's Linear access token and refresh token.

• Board Selection:

  • In the OAuth callback, present the user with a list of their Linear boards.
  • Allow the user to select a board to integrate with our application.
  • Provide functionality for the user to refresh the selected board as needed.

• Automated Issue Synchronization:

  • Implement a cron job that runs once every hour.
  • The cron job should check the selected Linear board for new issues.
  • When new issues are detected on the Linear board, automatically create corresponding issues in our application (similar to how new Jira issues are handled).

• Consistency with Jira Integration:

  • Follow the same patterns and practices used in the existing Jira integration to ensure consistency and maintainability.
  • Reuse components and code where applicable.

Expected Outcome

Users should be able to seamlessly connect their Linear accounts, select a project board, and have new issues from Linear automatically synchronized with our application, just as they currently can with Jira. @jacob-ai-bot --skip-build
