WIP - This feature still needs to be designed and will likely not be a priority for the initial launch. But the high-level idea is to port the current Code Review functionality to the web portal.
[ ] Fetch assigned code reviews and convert to todo items
[ ] Create a scenario prompt that gives a button for "Start Code Review" that adds a comment with the jacob code review tag
[ ] (Optional) Instead of directly running a code review, instead generate code review suggestions and let the user confirm / deny review comments before posting them
[ ] (Optional) Add “Code Review” tab showing suggestions as starting point for manual review
