Dear all,

thanks for making your work opensource. After having replaced the path in Speckle-Connector.csproj I run into below error. Please kindly suggest howto alleviate.

Best

Sebastian

Hi, This project requires you to also check out https://github.com/specklesystems/speckle-sharp in the same directory where you put this repo. Be aware that this project was created as part of a hackathon and currently no further development is planned in this repository.

Hi Sebastian,

There is a newer version of this connector. We will add it to the public repository in the coming days. I'll keep you posted.

However, as Jacob pointed out, this connector is the result of a hackathon, it's a Proof of concept only with very limited functionality. In its current form, you won't be able to use it on an actual project.

May I ask, do you plan to contribute to the further development of this connector?

Cheers,

Ruben

@rubendecuypere: thanks for responding. I am not capable of contributing other than translation which should be of no use. Financial resources are not available. It is out of simple curiosity I have fumbled about with Speckle, since some objects types seem supported. I am working with C3D and BCAD trying to test drive a 3D collaboration platform to modify existing workflows. For now traditional conversation still seems the best option to me.
