Make a bookmarklet that's hard-coded to search current page for Atom rel 
and ping hard-coded pubsubhubbub.appspot.com.

(Ideally the bookmarklet would be generic and read the Atom feed to learn 
where to ping, but this is a bootstrapping thing, or can be considered a 
feature of this hub.....)

Donezo in r72 and 73. Added as a gadget to code project and hub main pages.
