startup error when browsing http://localhost:8000

Hello, I installed pubsubhubbub according with the very simple instructions.
Then I tried to run

>  google_appengine/dev_appserver.py src/ -p 8000 --datastore_path=/tmp/tubes1

I browse

>   http://localhost:8000

I receive many errors in the terminal output:

> ls src/static/css
ls: cannot access src/static/css: No such file or directory
> ls src/static/js
  model.js  ui.js

a problem in setup.sh ?

I am running python 2.6.5 on linux ubuntu  10.04
