SUMMARY:

Sometimes, after publishing e.g. blog-post author delete it. Will be nice to 
send message to hub "post was deleted" and notify clients about that - to allow 
them delete it too.

We implemented something similar by having the publisher post a tombstone 
(http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-snell-atompub-tombstones-13). We don't have a 
solution for doing a full from-scratch synchronization, though, so 
auto-generating a tombstone at the hub would be handy.
