The link to the example subscriber app is 404 Not Found #143

https://pubsubhubbub.appspot.com/publish links to "subscribe the example 
subscriber app to your feed" but the target, 
http://pubsubhubbub-subscriber.appspot.com/, gives 404 Not Found.
