Publish and Subscribe URL *must* be the same for Hubs #33

SUMMARY:

A few people have split their hubs into /publish and /subscribe paths. A
Hub should serve on a single URL and use the "hub.mode" parameter to
multiplex the request.

RELEVANT SECTION: Somewhere in there.
