Who should be listed as devs / I don't think we still need separate devs and main contributors.

You want to multi-license with CC-BY-SA and GPL? Since sourcemod is already GPL and all that.

Also please fill in the developers :o)

It's currently CC-BY-SA, also who are devs, also fig is doing this.
