Determine way to play music using home assistant

I would like an easy way to play music in an automated way using home assistant.

I have access to both youtube music and google play music, as well as any free versions of other applications.

Some situations I would like to play music in:

• At night when we are sleeping
• In the morning while we are getting ready
• During the day when we leave so Franny (our dog) has some music when we are gone

I would like the ability to start and stop music easily using home assistant.
