Reboots & Relogs #1

The game currently doesn't handle rebooting and relogging well. Players who log out leave characters behind. Duplicate messages appear after reboots. Dying isn't handled well, either, as dead characters can only relog to get back into the game, and this may result in double messages as well.

Client duplication no longer occurs on reboot.
