Currently there is no way for the game to differentiate between a key being down and a key having recently been pressed. Previous versions of CQ had this feature, so I'm sure I just need to dig it up somewhere.
The problem that's being caused by lack of this feature is that holding down a key causes attacks or skills to be used multiple times. This could be seen as a feature, but should probably be changed, seeing as how a healer might accidentally use up all their mp by holding down heal, or because there was a lag spike and the server doesn't know they key'd up.
