Basic Sound System

The fennel client needs to be able to:

• [x] Transition from one song to another.
• [ ] Stop playing music.
• [ ] Mute all audio, per user request.

The fennel server must be able to:

• [x] Transmit a command to play music.
• [x] Transmit a command to play a sound effect.
• Transmit a command to stop playing music.

If you're not averse to using libraries, there's howler.js which I've heard good things about.

Finished. I did in fact use howler.js. It's a great little library and functions exactly how I would have designed it.
