Landing inside walls

When you transition into another screen of the dungeon, sometimes you'll land inside a wall. You're still able to move outside of the wall [like in CQ] as long a there's nothing in the way. It happened to me more than a few times, so I imagine someone else picked it up. But you want the issues posted here, so.. :P
