Usage doc is missing #27

When I run it I get:

ERROR: The container started but didn't run the expected command

What command line are you using to run it?

It might be better to have use examples. It would make life a lot easier for someone with little experience like me.

I would like to add some usage documentation but as it is I only have my specific usage which was a conversion from an already installed setup. I'll see about starting a new project from scratch with firebird in docker to get a better idea of what usage for a new user might be.
