GetLocalStreams error #83

Hi @jacobbo

I am getting this error on another laptop I tried. Its using integrated camera on Windows 7 platform. Could you please look into this?

Hi Robert, I've not tested it on Windows 7. I'll have a look.

Thanks @jacobbo Hopefully this can be resolved (fingers crossed) or otherwise I might have to look for another solution

@jacobbo Just to let you know Aforge.NET did work on my other Windows 7 laptop. So it's probably something fixable on your side.
