At a minimum, should provide:

Median high summer (July/Aug.) temperature
Median low winter (Jan./Feb.) temperature
Relative humidity

Nice to haves:

Climate label ("continental climate", see Köppen climate classification)
Total hours of sun per year
Typical AQI

Only free api I've found is https://open-meteo.com/en/docs/historical-weather-api
