"Help" window is not reopened when minimised #1

Problem

When the Help window is minimised via the GUI, and invoked by the GUI again, it remains minimised.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Click Help image.png

  2. Minimise window via GUI

  1. Repeat step 1. The following screen is visible to the user (i.e. the Help window is not seen).
