Inconsistency between documentation and actual behaviour of Attaching Files #13

The use case states that an error message will be displayed if a user does not choose a file.

This is reinforced in the manual testing instructions (test 3).

However, no error message is shown when clicking "OK" or "Cancel" when selecting files.

I believe the use case in the DG should be updated to reflect this behaviour (rather than the feature's implementation being updated) since it is optional to have files attached to a record. Hence, an error need not be displayed.

We were unable to reproduce this bug as an error message as shown in the screenshot appears when no file is chosen.
