BloodType should not be editable #2

Problem

Under the editpatient command, BLOODTYPE can be changed. I think this is a feature flaw as one's BLOODTYPE cannot be changed during their lifespan. Hence, I believe the behaviour should be similar to that of the NRIC field.

While rare, it is possible for blood types to change. Furthermore, changing of blood type is allowed to cater for erroneous input by user.
