Inconsistent index numbers of patients for commands #7

Problem

I found it inconvenient that for different commands, the patient Jerome Doe was referred to with different indexes.

For instance, to add records, his index is 3. To unpin him, his index is 2.

I believe it is not so intuitive to keep track of which commands use which index. For instance, since I have pinned him, then Jerome is someone I would likely want to keep a close eye on. If I have 50+ patients in MedBook, it would be more intuitive to add a record based on his index in the pinned list, rather than having to scroll through all 50 patients.
