Redundant index in "Patient being viewed" panel #9

As only one Patient can be viewed each time, there is no need for an index for the patient on the leftmost column of the GUI. This is purely cosmetic though.

This has been included in the Planned Enhancements to align the indexes and hence will be rejected.
