Decided to create a branch on its own for this so it is easier to merge.

Was previously part of #181

The changes were:

added a "ping" button to the right of each item on the list. This button is disabled if the object is hidden in the hierarchy
added the same search bar idea from the TypeSelectionPopupWindow so we can easily filter the scene items. This includes my small modifications to show how many objects are being displayed
