Cleanup screenconnect codebase #3

Added setup.py so that it can be used as a distributable Python package
Formatted all code using black autoformatter
Dropped Python <3.5 support (2.7 EOL is in ~1.5months and 3.4 has reached EOL)
Added version field

Thank you for contributing @gmarull. All changes look good, and I agree with the assessment on dropping support for 2.7 and those 3.x versions that are EOL.
