Plugin disconnects each time GOG Galaxy is launched. #4

Both the nintendo Wii and gamecube plugin have to be reconnected each time GOG Galaxy is launched. Reinstalling the plugins as well as changing the dolphin games/dolphin directory does not fix the issue.
