-Implemented Thomas's visualizer -Made extra changes

Now visualizer can identify if a box is a True Positive or False Positive. Example:

Blue boxes: Predicted Boxes Red box: (t6) will be boxes that is False Positive Ground Truth: Green

Now we can identify what does match, and will be properly used for unit testing.
