My First PR #32

This is my first PR for Costa.

In my build, changes.txt and help.txt shortcuts couldn't launch with a error: Bad command or filename: DOCS\CHANGES.TXT or Bad command or filename: DOCS\HELP.TXT

These errors may be on be14c02 build but 1.6.0 has not these errors.
