Login Screen for Costa? #35

Is it possible to implement a Login Screen for Costa?

Technically, yes. But since DOS computers don't have any concept of multiple users, there's not really any practical use for it. Version 0.8.0 did actually have multiple users which could be protected with password, but I removed it since I couldn't see any reason for having it.
