Having to type a filename when opening files is not user friendly. A dialog listing files and directories would be a huge improvement in usability.

Initial revision in c2a45dc, code for retrieving files and folders via DOS API complete, UI in the works.

Fully implemented in 2990c9e, awaiting test on real hardware.
