feat: add draft-ui to registry

Add Draft-UI to registry.

I believe these are the only changes needed. DraftUI does not have a registry like shadcn, so using the github method.

I've looked through Draft UI a bit and there's some more work we can do with the registry to make this feel nice

• each component can have its own dependencies and devDependencies, so react-aria-components can be added there to make that install automatically. Currently though it will ask to reinstall that every time, which should be fixed #30
• The utility imports like cx and cva are hardcoded to a string, and users can use a simple find/replace transformer to rewrite that to a path that makes sense for their app. Maybe sly should offer suggested transformers when users install the library to make this easier #31
