the old content stays around even with the overwrite flag

follow up: actually it was just still using the cache

if the overwrite flag is passed, it should bypass the cache

Hey sorry I didn't have notifications turned on for this repo

Bypassing the cache when overwrite is set makes a lot of sense, I will add that
