feat: add Jolly-UI #34

Hey, Im the creator of https://www.jollyui.dev/ a shadcn/ui compatible library for react-aria-components, similar to draftUI.

This PR adds it.

Just wondering if there is a good way to handle the styles in this and shadcn, as they have the choice between default and new-york but I think sly assumes default?

Amazing, this is great!

Regarding the styles, I have created #35 to track my current thoughts on how this should be solved, open to any discussion there
