Added delimiters to the student Id regex to prevent non-valid studentIds

Coverage remained the same at 83.333% when pulling 33cfeef258408add715d7b6ce637b50385115cf9 on studentId_validation into d1fc7c1094931131f126b6ce2873b29f73c946f3 on master.
