HOT-FIX fix recipe creation long running requests #137

When you would create a recipe that used AI e.g Images, pasting of text it would fail as it is a long running request which would time out (Configuring Maximum Duration for Vercel Functions) so had to fix that up

Updated:

moved all recipe creation methods to be a normal action
changed from calling actions in the client to the API to increase the maxDuration
better erroring data
