Impilment search bar #15

Implilmentation of the search bar

finally, at last, it is finished the search bar has been implemented.

Shortcuts:

Esc to close the dialogue
control + K to open the dialogue

Future upgrades

add it so you can click outside the dialogue to close it
fix styling so the element is centred
