This will mostly be set up in #51 but will continue to be set up in other PR.

CI

This step will be handled through Github actions and Pre-commit stages

[ ] Linting setup with Eslint (Pre-commint and github actions)
[ ] Tests - this is to only test certain things that can break easily #21 (github actions)
[ ] Prettier formatting (pre-commit & github actions)
[x] Code checking and vunerbilities (GitHub actions run on every PR)

CD

This is already completely handled by vercel

[x] Configure Vercel integrations
[x] Use Turbo remote builds for Gihub actions to speed them up
